4. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENTS

5.2. Madsoft reserve the right to charge a non-refundable administration fee for this service. Madsoft has the rights to waive this administration fee if deemed appropriate in case-by-case basis.
5.3. Madsoft assumes responsibility for keeping an accurate record of personal data once you have submitted the information.
6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
6.1. Madsoft take reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality and security of your personal data.
